Teaching

I have been drawing and painting all my life. I’m naturally curious and have used many techniques and mediums along the way and I love sharing my passion for art through teaching. I specialise in working in fine detail and have refined my skills to portray realistic fur and feathers in animal portraits.

I have a Patreon account https://www.patreon.com/cw/julieburdonstone where you can find a range of tutorials, from beginner to more advanced and which I am constantly adding to the library. These tutorials take you through my process of pastel painting and I show you how to achieve high levels of detail.

I will be running some in person workshops in the future but feel free to contact me if you want to discuss any teaching or workshop requirements.

I occasionally offer 121 tuition or work critiques depending on your requirements
