Privacy

I do not sell, loan, rent or share data with any third parties.

Any personal information collected is held in the strictest confidence. It is used solely for the purpose of providing you, the customer, with the highest possible level of service and only for the purpose of the commissioned or purchased work. 

Security/Payment

Payment by cheque or postal order made payable to Julie Burdon-Stone or online via Paypal. Paypal payments are processed on a secure online payment portal owned and run by PayPal who digitally encrypt all your information.  (Please let me know your method of payment at the time of ordering) All payment is in GBP Sterling.

Ordering

Please contact me via the order page on the website. I’m happy to discuss in more detail any special requirements you have to ensure the artwork you receive meets your expectations. 

A deposit of 50% is required to commence work. Final payment is required when the work is complete. The completed artwork will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

Order confirmation 

Once a commitment has been made to purchase any artwork, you will receive a conformation email. Once a deposit or payment has been received, an order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox, please contact me if you do not receive this.

Order cancellation 

Orders for commissions cannot be altered or cancelled after the deposit is taken and an agreement entered into. Orders for purchased artwork cannot be cancelled after the order has been dispatched.

Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery, once a return is agreed artwork must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery at your own expense and using the same tracked method of delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Commissioned artwork cannot be returned or exchanged*

*Damage to any item during transit must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods with supporting photographic evidence.

International orders

Buyers are responsible for any relevant import taxes or customs duties on any purchased goods on orders outside the UK. Local guidelines apply once your purchase arrives in the country of destination and these costs are not included in your purchase. Please check with the local authority to determine applicable costs.

Shipping

Shipping costs will be given at the time of ordering and included in the quoted price
